Lean Enterprise Programme

Apollo has recently set up a Lean Enterprise Programme (LEP) to develop a business environment that can support Apollo’s growth plans over the coming years. 

The LEP team’s aims are to deliver:

• Better business processes and ways of working
• Better information and integrated business intelligence
• Better business systems tools

The team consists of existing members of Apollo’s staff seconded onto the programme along with newly recruited staff with the necessary skills to help map processes and assist in specifying a new ERP system.

Working with staff, the LEP team will map Apollo’s current processes and then review them to ensure every aspect has been captured. Then interim and ideal, ‘future’ states will be developed in conjunction with staff. Where appropriate, new or streamlined processes will be trialled and then implemented if successful.

This is an exciting time for Apollo and the LEP team are at the forefront of shaping the company to make it even more successful in the future.
