The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will be to lead the financial planning, analysis and forecasting of Apollo EMEA through the analysis of historic and current financial and non-financial information, modelling of future performance and co-operation/challenge of functional management

• Production of annual EMEA and Apollo Global budgets to agreed Halma/Apollo timetables
• Production of tri-annual/quarterly forecasts for Apollo EMEA / Global to Apollo deadlines
• Production of M10 monthly forecast for Apollo EMEA/Global to agreed Halma/Apollo reporting deadlines
• To deputise for the Finance Director in their absence on Apollo Global issues
• Approve departmental spend in line with RFS limits

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the production of Apollo EMEA budget from first principles/assumptions to submission to Halma by the agreed deadline.  This is to include agreement with sales managers, operational management and directors.  Deliverables will be annual budget in both Apollo and Halma required formats.
• Responsible for the consolidation of the Apollo Global budget (incorporating Apollo EMEA, Apollo America ['AA'] & Apollo Beijing ['AB']) from the individual regional inputs and onward reporting to Apollo Global board and Halma by agreed deadlines.
