Halma Graduate Development Programme
Halma are currently recruiting students about to graduate from
UK or USA universities, including overseas students who would like
to work in countries with Halma operations.
You will be ambitious, capable, inquisitive, creative and
flexible, willing to take on responsibility and challenge yourself.
And in return, we will provide a supportive environment for you to
grow and achieve your potential.
The programme lasts 18-24 months based around placements in
their various operating companies. Through project work you will
quickly assume responsibility and learn in detail how businesses
operate.
Halma will support you through residential training modules to
help you develop your communication and teamwork skills, a
mentoring programme for personal development and the full support
of their HR team.
