Six Sigma and process mapping.
A significant part of the role is to provide day-to-day
production support, supplying the production lines with small

approximately 300 members of production staff on site, this will
provide an ideal opportunity to enhance soft skills.
For the right candidate this placement will provide a fantastic
experience within a world class manufacturing environment.
Current student, Niosha Kayhani, gives his account of
the experience:
"I was delighted to have secured this role at Apollo as it is one
I had a lot of interest in. The role can be challenging and it does
demand high quality at a fast pace, but the most important factor
is that the work is relevant and fun. As time has gone by, I have
found the role more and more rewarding.
"I have gained knowledge on new engineering concepts and have
developed on a lot of topics which are covered at university. The
experience I have gained will be invaluable for when I begin my
final year."
