All orders are subject to our General Conditions of Sale.

To help us improve our service to you, please could you ensure that the product part numbers, description and pricing (as per current price list) are put on all purchase orders.

This will save time in processing your orders and avoid any unnecessary delay whilst further information is sought. It would also help to resolve queries quicker if your e-mail address was included on the purchase order so that we have another avenue of contacting you in addition to the telephone.

Overnight Deliveries (Stock Permitting)

In order to assist customers in maintaining high levels of customer service, the Apollo Sales Office have set cut off times for urgent overnight deliveries which are as follows:

Standard Products
  • Monday - Thursday Orders must be received before 2pm
  • Friday Orders must be received before 12pm

Intrinsically Safe Equipment
  • Monday - Thursday Orders must be received before 1pm
  • Friday Orders must be received before 11am

In line with the BASEEFA Regulations, all IS products are required to have a Certificate of Conformance to be sent with the goods.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland may be subject to a 1 to 2 day transit.

 

Payment by Credit Card

For customers wishing to pay for their order by credit card can do so by downloading the credit card payment form and filling out all the details. Please return the form to creditcontrol@apollo-fire.com or fax to +44(0)23 9249 2754 in order for the payment to be processed.

Please note, there will be a 3.5% charge for credit card payments

Handling Charges

Unfortunately, it is necessary to apply handling charges to cover administration, re-calibration, re-labeling and sometimes, the scrapping of returned product.

We will only accept returned goods with the following conditions:

  • the goods are not more than 3 months old
  • the goods are still in the original unopened packaging
  • they have not been installed or modified in any way

Customer Error

Apollo appreciates that occasionally even our customers make mistakes when ordering product. Again, depending on the age and condition of incorrectly purchased stock, a handling charge will be levied, the maximum being 25%.

 

Order Values

Minimum Order Value

All orders must be over £50.00 (excluding carriage). Our Sales Office will contact you to ensure that no other products are required before applying the handling charge.
