Warren joined Apollo in 1988 as a Production Operative.
After finding he had gained a C&G Electronic Servicing while
on YTS at IBM he was swiftly moved into the Rework team. From there
he worked in the Warranty Department as Warranty Engineer whilst
gaining an B-Tec ONC in Electronic Engineering. In 1998 he went on
to work in a Technical Sales role which included day release to
college to gain a B-Tec HNC in Electronic Engineering.
During his years in Technical Sales he picked up many FIA course
qualifications.
Warren's current role is Senior Product Support Engineer and he
is responsible for Product Training with customers and Apollo
Employees. Using his 23 years experience and his vast product
knowledge he is also keen to assist with telephone, email and site
support.
