Bruce Ball
Regional UK Sales Manager - South West

Bruce has worked within the fire industry for over 16 years from apprentice to commissioning engineer and finally to account manager for both local and national fire alarm specialists.

During this time he has acquired design, maintenance and installation experience as well as a strong understanding of the industry and its standards.

Bruce joined Apollo Fire Detectors in 2011 as Regional UK Sales Manager and is responsible for the South West of the UK.

Dale Boucher
Export Sales Manager

After graduating with a degree in History, Dale has worked in a range of roles in Marketing Services, Product Management and Sales. Whilst working Dale continued to study and gained qualifications in Marketing and an MBA. Dale was a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing for 25 years.

The last twenty years Dale has spent working in export sales management selling cash handling equipment for De La Rue Systems through a distributor network in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Dale joined Apollo Fire Detectors in June 2000, to work and develop distributors in Eastern Europe. During this time Dale's area of responsibility has grown and now covers Eastern Europe, Nordic Region, Benelux, Greece, Italy and France.

Kim Williams
Export Sales Manager

Kim started his career with the UK chemical company, ICI, where he worked for 18 years. During which time he was seconded from the UK on two occasions to ICI companies in the Middle East and Turkey, working in operations, technical and sales roles.

Joining the fire industry and Apollo in mid 2000 as Export Sales Manager, Kim now has over 24 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of operating in an international environment. In 2006 Kim was awarded the degree of Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Southampton University, School of Management.

At Apollo, Kim is currently responsible for the territories in the Arabian Gulf, India and Australasia.

Matthew Ketley
Regional Sales Manager - South East

After graduating from college studying Architecture, Civil Engineering and Advanced Mathmatics he started his sales career with an Industrial Chemical Firm based in Widnes prior to his start in the industry.

Matt has been in the fire sector for a decade and has held a number of jobs within the industry. Initially dealing with Extinguishers and Fire Alarm maintenance he worked his way up to become the UK Key Accounts Manager dealing with some of the companies most prestigious accounts.

Prior to joining us Matt was employed as a Systems Consultant. Here he dealt with the sale of both new Fire Alarm Systems and Gas Suppression Systems across the South East of England.

Matt joined Apollo Fire Detectors in 2011, as a Regional Sales Manager where he takes responsibility for Sales within the South East Regions of the UK.

Paul Pope
Business Innovation Manager EMEA

Paul has been in the fire and security industry since 1985 and has held senior management positions in some of the UK's leading companies.

In 1994 he joined Chubb Electronic Security and progressed to the position of UK Fire Product Manager with overall responsibility for the company's fire detection and suppression systems and products.

Paul graduated as an engineer within the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) of which he is a member.

For many years Paul has been active in the Fire Industry Association (FIA) working group (WG6) for the design, installation and commissioning of fire detection and alarm systems. He also is a member of the Building Fire Safety Systems Section of the NFPA in the USA.

He joined Apollo Fire Detectors in 2000, as Technical Sales Manager where he was responsible for the management of technical support and warranty operation of the company. In 2007 he progressed to the position of UK Sales Manager and now takes responsibility for UK Sales for Apollo.

Simon Flavell
Business Development Manager - Marine & Offshore

Simon has worked for Apollo for 18 years and has had various roles within the company including Service manager, Technical Sales Engineer and Technical Sales Supervisor where he was responsible for the management of Technical Support, panel partners & warranty within the company. During this time Simon has gained a vast knowledge of systems and the fire industry.

For the last 18 months, he represents Apollo on the FD & A council of the (FIA).

Simon's current role is Business Development Manager and is responsible for the Marine and Offshore market and is developing this area globally for Apollo.

Eva Kosanovic
Head of International Sales

Eva first joined Apollo Fire Detectors as Senior Product Manager in April 2008. Progressing over the years at Apollo into Head of Product Management with many successful product developments, Eva has taken on a new challenge to spearhead the Apollo EMEA International Sales, with key focus on growing the current customers and expanding the international business into new and target territories.

Following graduation with honors in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering in 2000, Eva worked within the Sales and Marketing arena in global conglomerates; BEA Systems, ITT Industries and Xyratex Ltd, obtaining invaluable exposure and experiences.

Outside of work, Eva is a keen traveller, thriving on exploring new cultures and cuisines and to compensate, an enthusiastic runner.

Matt Pay
Sales Development Manager

Matt Pay joined Apollo towards the end of 2012 as International Sales Development Manager and is responsible for spearheading Apollo’s growth in a number of key territories. Matt has joined us from Kidde Product Plc. from a similar role developing new business throughout mainland Europe. Matt is a fluent French speaker, and will play a key role for Apollo as we continue to increase our brand awareness  around the globe.
