Sales Office

The Internal Sales Team receive and process customer orders and is divided into two groups, one for UK and one for Export. Orders are received into the department by phone, email or fax. They are trained to answer customer queries and liaise closely with the Technical Sales Department, passing on any calls that require more specialised expertise.



The Sales office is the hub of the company, often processing in excess of 1500 orders per month.

Despatch

Despatch, better described as the shipping department, are responsible for the shipment of goods to their destinations and organise all the relevant documentation including specialist documentation such as dangerous goods, declarations, letter of credit and so on.
