The largest lifting vessel in Asia is protected using an
Apollo-based fire detection system. The vessel - a floating crane
has the capacity to lift up to 4,000 tonnes in weight.
Shanghai Jin Zhou were awarded the contract and supplied a six
loop fire detection system that includes over 400 Discovery Marine
devices as well as soon intrinsically safe fire detectors for
hazardous areas.
