Returning Devices to Apollo

In order to facilitate returning devices to Apollo, we have created Service Bags.

These bags include a pre-printed form comprising of tick boxes to allow field engineers to record accurately details about a device. This helps our Service and Warranty Departments carry out investigations more quickly and help to further reduce our turnaround time. This form is also available in a PDF version.

They can be customised in a number of ways:

  • space left for your details
  • dual language forms (a suitable translation is required)
