Credit Control

The Credit Control Department plays a key role in Apollo's domestic and international customer service relations. They aim to deal with customers on an individual basis to find a way of working together that suits both parties.

Many of Apollo's customers are successful smaller companies who don't yet have a full-time accounts department of their own. Apollo's Credit Control team spend time helping to establish basic procedures that make invoicing and payments run more smoothly.

This 'customer emphasis' has enabled Apollo to retain its customers and maintain its successful growth rate.
