Quality Assurance
Apollo is an ISO 9000 registered company approved by organisations such as UL & BRE (LPCB).
The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for maintaining these registrations and ensures that the operating procedures, written by individual departments, cover the requirements of the registration.
The team has a diverse role, liasing closely with other departments. They deal with:
- Customisation requests
- Standards of workmanship
- Record keeping
- Vendor assessment
The overall aim is to ensure the highest standards for Apollo products.
