Explosion! Museum of Naval Firepower, Gosport, Hampshire, UK

Site Details:
Explosion! is part of Priddy’s Hard heritage site and has been developed from a former naval armament depot with support from the National Lottery Millennium fund, South East Development Agency, the EU Konver programme, Gosport Borough Council and Porstmouth Harbour Developments.

Technical Details:
Approximately 60 XP95 detectors and manual call points have been installed on a single loop throughout the museum complex. The system also incorporates Input/Output units which stop the automatic displays and accompanying commentary so that the alarm can be heard.
