Dedicated Customer Interface
The company’s dedicated in-house Technical Sales department provides comprehensive technical support and training to Apollo customers. Each engineer is committed to providing assistance, advice and solutions to wide range product or system related issues.
Technical Services
The technical sales department work very closely with approved specialist fire control panel manufacturers. The engineers are trained to conduct rigorous assessments, testing and final certification of fire alarm control panels. This ensures detailed development criteria are adhered to, thus maintaining compatibility with the Apollo communication protocols and Apollo range of products.
Technical sales department are also engaged in the development of specialist hardware and software simulation equipment. These tools are designed to aid the development of fire control panels and ensure tolerances specified by Apollo are maintained.
We are able to conduct ‘site-specific’ application and fault diagnostics in our wide range of equipped laboratories.
Field Support
Our engineers are available to provide world-wide telephone and email support and if necessary, site visits to resolve in depth technical system related problems. They are active in the development of on-site test equipment and system design aids.
Fire Industry Awareness
All of our staff have been trained in the relevant industry system and product standards.

Within Apollo
The Technical Sales and Warranty departments are managed by Simon Flavell. Technical Sales work closely with other departments within Apollo and contribute towards the technical literature produced by the Marketing Department.
