We go above and beyond to ensure the safety of our employees and anyone visiting our sites Subscribing to 50 identified pieces of legislation with our compliance to these legal requirement being reviewed every six-months.

Supporting Mental Health

Creating a safe environment

All our employees have access to Mental Health First Aiders and with support from Halma, have access to the Employee Assistance Programme which offers a 24/7 confidential helpline if they need extra support.
